The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 6pm in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by John and Ellen Williamson for DEP SE 19-1415 to include vegetation maintenance provisions at property located at 20 Teal Way, Map 17, Parcel 342.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by John C. and Therese G. Barry for DEP SE 19-1508 for driveway improvements and patio construction at property located at 80 Bay View Road, Map 19, Parcel 024A.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes construction of a rock revetment at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane, Map 10, Parcel 335A.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John and Elisa DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of sand envelopes, removal of invasive plantings, and sand nourishment at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Norman Abend. Applicant proposes lifting dwelling and installing a pile foundation, construction of decks and additions, well, septic system and planting disturbed areas at property located at 195 Harmes Way, Map 01, Parcel 104.
